Gilbert’s Celebrates TIFF

CanadaFashionLaw is blessed to work at a different kind of law firm.  Gilbert’s LLP is teaming up with Black Card Events to celebrate fashion, film and art at its Toronto International Film Festival party on Thursday September 4.

Words of Wisdom for Fashion Startups

As you know, CanadaFashionLaw loves educating the fashion world about how intellectual property laws can be their best friend.  We recently participated in a panel during Toronto’s Fashion Week, which was hosted by DHL Canada.

It seems as though poignant words of wisdom was shared and there was a significant amount of exposure.  In fact, the Financial Post, Huffington Post, the Globe and Mail, Ottawa Citizen and the Winnipeg Free Press covered the event.

In the event that you’re interested in seeing what the panelists had to say, here’s a link to the Financial Post’s article.
